Automatic Liner Vial Washing Machine Model DVW 80 is divided into two categories based on their operating mechanisms: rotary washing machines, which operate continuously, and linear tunnel washing machines, which operate intermittently. This machine guarantees adequate cleaning of the vials' inner and exterior surfaces using various water and air washing cycles that can also be tailored to the needs of the client. It is used to wash the internal and external surfaces of vials in a tunnel-style vial washer. 

OPERATION

This vial trays are directly un-loaded to the Vial tray from which it is pushed on to the turn-table. The turn table slowly and steadily feed vials to the single track or two tracks feed warm, where vials are automatically inverted.

The synchronized star- wheel places two vials, one to the single track or two tracks indexing chain. The indexing chain positively carries inverted pair of vials through seven sequential washes.

At the end of washing operation vials are re-inverted back into original and collected in the tray.

SALIENT FEATURES

• The seven sets of nozzles enter into the vials mouth during the washing operation ensuring penetration of washing media to the core a perfect washing principle.
• Fixed top nozzles at each washing station ensures external washing of vials at the same time of internal washing.
• The flow of washing media stop during the indexing of chain, saving straight 25per on utilities.
• The System of solenoid valves and optional tanks, pumps and filters is engineered for long trouble free life & fool proof operation.
• The machine construction allows delivery of vials into a separate room.
• The machine can further be enhanced with optional vial loading platform, vial inspection station & Skid mounted pumping station with float level controllers.
